During the day spectators were entertained by some quality bowls with Martin Puckett and Mike Gale beating Ryan Nash and Nick Voss 5-3, 5-3 in the Final.

Matches consist of 2 5 end sets. 3 points for a win and a point for draw
No visiting the head
Respotted Jack's no dead ends
Top 2 in each group qualify for the quarter finals with predefined draw for the knock out stages.
1 end 1 wood each tie break if match drawn in knock out stage
Players can switch positions after first set and in the tie break.
Toss for jack in first set, winner has the choice in the first set and in the loser of toss has choice in second set.
Re-toss for choice of jack in the tie break.
