General Protocol for Outdoor Bowling when you have booked for Leagues,

Organised Competitions, County and Club Championships or Casual Bowling

DON’T COME TO THE CLUB IF YOU HAVE ANY COLD OR FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS, TEMPERATURE, COUGH, SNEEZING ETC

ENTERING and EXITING the premisesALL members MUST enter and exit from the car park using the main entrance –

ONLY IF YOU HAVE A RINK BOOKED or you are playing in an Organised League Match or Organised Competition-

take pathway by football changing rooms; wait by outside lobby door to see if there is anyone coming out - enter through club house main entrance –hand sanitiser between lobby doors proceed through opened lounge/bar door and through opened door to patio; and exit in reverse – hand sanitiser by patio doors- take steps on to football field- avoiding anyone coming in

All players and spectators must sign in with Steward for track and trace regulations
There will be a twenty (20) minute gap between the time slots to enable bowlers to leave before the next bowlers arrive.

Face coverings must be worn, on entering and passing through the premises

Monday Morning Club Pairs Leagues (15 teams)

Monday Evening Men’s County League (3 teams)

Tuesday Morning Men’s Percy Baker League (5 teams)

Tuesday Afternoon Ladies League ( 2 teams)

Wednesday Morning Ladies Edna Paisley League (1 team)

Wednesday Evening Ladies SDBA League (1 team)

Thursday Morning Club Triples League (13 teams)

Friday Morning Ladies SDBA League (1 team)

Friday Evening Men’s SDBA League( 3 teams)

County Championships -

Ladies Mondays and Fridays,

Men’s Tuesday and Thursday evenings

Casual BOOKINGs - You can play with up to Five persons, i.e 6 in total on the rink including persons from other households i.e you can play SINGLES or PAIRS or TRIPLES but social distancing must be maintained. All names of players must be given when booking.

FAIRNESS - Bookings to be monitored in order that the available capacity is distributed fairly

CLUBHOUSE and TOILET - Members may enter the clubhouse to use the toilet facilities- the Ladies and Men’s near to the Offices. The remainder of the clubhouse and facilities are closed.

Please wipe down anything you are going to or have touched. If you touch it, wipe it!
