In the inaugural South Dorset Presidents Cup Final 2 Dorchester Ladies Triples comprising of Linda Hill, Debbie Talbot, Marlyn Bickel, Maureen Jones, Shirley Bowley and Sue Jennings beat Melcombe Regis on Sunday 2 August 2026 at Melcombe Regis BC.
Over the weekend 25/26 July 2026 Dorchester BC hosted the Bowls Dorset County Finals and there was a treble of wins for Dorchester in the Men’s Pairs, Triples and Fours.
Lee Edwards, Martin Pavey and Nick Voss beat Graham Russell, Steve Thompson and Ian Sanger from Shaftesbury BC in the Final of Men’s Triples on Saturday 25 July 2026 at 10:00. They will now play David Murray, Jake Webster and Mikey Titcombe Shrivenham BC Berkshire at the National Finals at Leamington Spa on 22 August 2026.
Over the weekend 25/26 July 2026 Dorchester BC will host the Bowls Dorset County Finals.

A superb result in the area semifinal of the Ladies National Indoor Summer Singles Vicki Edwards beat Kit Allan from South Hams 21-13.

On Sunday 19 July 2026 West Moors BC hosted the quarterfinals and semifinals of the Men’s Pairs.
In the quarterfinals Martin Pavey and Nick Voss beat Mike Barron and Kevin Surrey from Branksome Park BC
